Alcatel 1 has stopped showing up a specific contact name in default messages app

I have tried the following (None have worked)

1. Rebooting the phone
2. Clearing the cache on phone, contacts and messages app
3. Deleting and inputting affected contact again.
4. Installing latest software update.

It's just one contact affected, the rest are fine.

Contact will display name as normal in Call Log, Whatsapp and Viber.

I'm all out of ideas now. Anyone able to help me?

Welcome to Android Central! If that person calls you, it also only shows the phone number and not the contact name?
