    This is a problem I have seen on several of the phones in our company. They are using the stock e-mail application connecting to our exchange server using the Corporate Sync. Occasionally when a user forwards an e-mail with an attachment it will repeatedly keep resending the e-mail. If you restart the phone it continues to keep resending the e-mail after the restart. I have found if you remove the Corporate Sync account and then re add the account it will function as normal. This has happened about 5 times in the last 2 months to 4 different users. The are all Motorola Phones (Droid Pro, Droid X, Droid X2) and using the stock e-mail application, Corporate Sync, and all the e-mails have been been forwarded e-mails with attachements. This is has yet to happen to any of the Samsung phones or happened when replying to an e-mail or composing an e-mail. It is always a Motorola phone forwarding an e-mail with an attachment.

    Still having this issue, still isolate to Motorola phone. Will have to confirm whether Froyo vs. Gingerbread makes a difference.
