Easy Tether questions.

Hey everyone, I have a HTC Inspire, and a older iMac that does not have wireless internet. Anyway, I have the easy tether app and have a few questions:

1. Easy tether will use my phones Wi-Fi, correct?
2. Will AT&T find out about this?
3. And if AT&T does find out, will they send me a warning first?

Either on this board or on XDA a guy posted who said he was a tech guy at AT&T. He said that AT&T can see the MAC Address and if it doesn't match up to your phone, you're caught. He didn't say if there was a warning or not.

One would think that Easy Tether would implement cloaking to take care of that little problem...
