PhoneFlix. Anyone using this program?

I downloaded PhoneFlix and was going to sign up for it, until I got to the account page that appears to be from Netflix saying to only log in if I trust the developer.

Does this program send personal information to the app developer?

probably not, but i guess it's possible if the developer was malicious. i think netflix is basically trying to protect themselves from complaints if they were to arise. since after they tell you, it's not their fault if you choose to continue.

Good point. I guess I'm just a little worried about the "open source" aspect of the apps. I think that if Google were to allow them on the market, the least they should do is to verify that there is nothing malicious in an app before the host it. But I guess that is too much to ask.

I tried this program. I could not get it to log in. The information was correct, but no dice.
