Looking for a way to control my Windows 7 Media PC via my phone. I know there are remote desktop apps (I own Splashtop) - I'm just looking to use my phone as a "pointer device" to control the cursor and also to use a remote in Windows Media Center etc.

1st if someone has a recommendation for just a Media Center remote that would be great

2nd does anyone have an opinion/experience with apps such as:

    Unified Remote https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...=search_result

    Win-Remote https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...d2luLmxpdGUiXQ..

Both of these seem to do what I want, but I'm wondering if these are the best choices and if so - which is superior.

I was thinking of getting a Bluetooth HTPC remote, but if I could use my phone I'd be happy. I already have great remotes for Plex and Boxee, but I'd like one for Media Center and if possible one for the entire PC. Thanks!

You know I did just yesterday. I actually already used TV I am all my PC, buy had no idea there was an Android app! It works really well, thanks.

unifiedremote remote is so far working really well. I would will likely buy the "donate" version.

I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and a remote, but having full mouse control and remotes and keyboard all on my phone is winsauce.
