Amazon or Google music purchases for downloading to Android phone...

Which one makes it easier to move songs from the cloud to your phone and computer?

I am "loyal" to both Amazon (Kindle user, Prime member) and Google (calendar, email, docs, reader, etc.), so I'd like to stay within one of those two "wolds" for my music. I'm a casual listener who needs files downloaded onto my device (HTC Rezound); I travel and can't rely on the cloud. So - ease of downloading is paramount for me.

Both allow you to move music to your device. Amazon makes it much easier and straightforward, whereas downloading songs via the Google Music app doesn't save the music on your device in a manner that allows 3rd party music players to recognize it. So if you use Google Music, be prepared to transfer files manually from a PC.

Since I prefer to use PowerAmp as my player of choice, I typically use Amazon for music purchases.
