Best Email App? Need HELP!!!

I finally got my EVO on Saturday. I am coming from the Pal Pre.
I have 3 email accounts that I use, Gmail being my primary account.
I read an article that was posted that to save battery life, I should use K-9 client.
So I set everything up but it appears that only my Gmail is being pushed. I have to manually sync the other accounts. I read a thread about on K-9 but because I am not familiar with some of the terminology, it made my head spin.
On my Pre, I had it set to get Gmail instantly, Comcast every hour and Yahoo every six hours.
Is there a program like that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am confused and frustrated.

Don't understand the need for third party email. I have no problem.with stock email setup.

You can set up k9 to push gmail and then poll the others as you were.

K-9 should also push other email as well other than gmail, if your mail servers support it.

The htc app is a fine app, it is just very limited in a number of areas.

For most folks it is sufficient.
