    just played with this. slicker interface and i like the widget better so far (havent seen how it acts during a game yet). still would give sportstap an edge, if for any other reason because of customizable alerts and the ability to look at stats and standings in the app. i am sure that isnt the purpose of sportscenter, but it is helpful to have

    Yeesh. Not to mention the espn widget is buggy as hell right now. Constant FC

    This app is really slick. They replicated the ESPN look perfectly down to the headline ticker at the bottom...I appreciate the attention to detail.

    I added my favorite teams with no problems but is there a way to add an entire league which will come in handy for football season? I'll have to dig around the settings some more...

    sportstap will remain installed just for notifications. hopefully espn will add them for favorites

    not bad even though I had an issue telling me no connection even though I know it is since I downloaded it from the market via wifi. Presentation is sharp looking though. it will get better.

    yes, it opens the game you want info for in the web browser. the app does scores and scores only; for anything else it directs you to espn mobile web

    Sportacular is much better for getting scores quickly.
