Can't install Chrome browser?

The Google Play store lists the Chrome beta browser as being compatible with my phone (HTC Rezound), but when I go to choose the device I want it to go to, my options are faded out and I'm not able to select anything. What am I missing here? Do I need to be a beta tester? I haven't been following the development of Chrome for Android so I might be wrong in assuming that it's widely available for download. Can someone clarify or help?
