Anyone tried it? I know it's been out for a bit, but I just barely gave it a go. Seems decent. A bit buggy but I know that's to be expected.

Honestly, I haven't been able to find a browser as fast/useful as Opera Mini. And what OM can't do, the stock Jellybean browser is fantastic. I just want something different and new. I've tried just about every browser in the Play Store searching for the next best thing...but alas...no such luck.

So yeah, thoughts on Aurora/Browser suggestions?

You didn't like the Dolphin browser? I use it and it works great for me :-)

Dolphins alright. Abit slow and glitchy at times though. And like I said, the stock Jellybean browser is fantastic. Does what I would use Dolphin for, but faster and smoother.

Once Aurora gets out of it's test phase, hopefully it will be a satisfactory Opera/Stock Browser replacement.

Yeah, tried it. It too suffers from choppyness. And I hear Chrome will be the stock browser on new Androids sometime down the road. Ha

I guess Opera and Jellybean have just spoiled me, now I can't settle for anything less x_x

But anyways, I suggest yall download Firefox Aurora and see what you think. It could be the perfect (unfinished) browser for some of you :] Oh, and you have to download it off the Firefox website, it's not in the Play Store.

I have been trying out Aurora, and Holoweb 1.9 at the moment but am leaning towards Holoweb. It's still beta but it's getting better with each update. If you'd like to try something different I would recommend Holoweb.

Well, I think I'm going to go with Aurora's more stable brother, Firefox Beta. For now atleast.

As for Holoweb. I'd really like to try it, but I can't find it anywhere. Oh well.

There's a discussion on it at XDA. Just read a post by developer looks like he's closing it down on Nov 14. Too bad this could have been a great browser. Hes also going to delete all links.

Well pff, that's 2days from now. No point in trying it now, haha.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention though.

Firefox is a better desktop browser for me than a mobile one. Its saving grace and the reason its my default on my device is because of the AdBlock Plus Add-On. Mobile browsing sans ads is wonderful. I don't care about rendering tests and all that crap

    thank you

All I'm looking for is speed/fluidity/a UI that won't put me to sleep.

Firefox Beta is going well so far. But I like Aurora's Icon better..
