When I log into the Desktop site of my Facebook account, there are links in the upper right corner such as Events and Birthdays.
If I click on any of those links, a mini pop-up window will appear.
Unfortunately, that window will disappear when using browsers on Android devices. I've downloaded and tried 9 different browsers, and they all did the same thing.
I didn't have that problem using the Safari browser on my iOS device. The mini pop-up window does not disappear, and it also allows me to scroll up and down.

Has anyone come across a browser that can do this, like the Safari browser can?

I never found Facebook to be very good on mobile browsers for any OS. I tried on an iPhone, BB and Android and each of them made me wish I had my laptop.

The Safari browser for the iPad running iOS 6.0 is the closest I've found that will allow me to so things without a PC browser. Not having such like with the browsers on my Android phones and tablets.
