There should be a little button in the bottom left of your keyboard that turns its on and off.

You're posting in the X forum, so I'm going to assume you already have the X, which has Swype pre installed. To activate it, press and hold down in any text input box and select input method. You can then select Swype.

There doesn't appear to be a button on the keyboard for this. However, if you touch and hold the text field it will turn red and the menu "Edit text" will open. One of the choices is "Input method" and it allows you to choose between swype and Multi-touch keyboard.
