My HTC PH39100 vivid does not turn on at all. It was working fine till yesterday. A friend of mine send me a text I opened it and after that it turns off. I thought my battery is drained off but it didn't turn on then I replaced a new battery but same problem. Could you please advice me what is the problem and how to resolve it. I'll really appreciate your help.
