Yahoo email app: people are getting duplicate emails when I send from app

The new Yahoo email application sends multiple duplicate emails out. Some people get up to 6 duplicate emails from me. This ONLY happens with the new Yahoo email app, not K-9 or HTC email.

Anyone have any ideas of what is causing this?

I have noticed that when I send emails from the yahoo app, the emails stays in the "Outbox" even after it is sent. Should it go to the "sent" folder after it sends the email?

Doesn't matter if it's on wifi or 3G.
