App to allow video chat based sites recognize the camera?

Is there an app, or going to be an app that allows websites like Shovio.com and Chatroulette (I hate chatroulette, just using it as an example) to use the phones camera or cameras to do online video chat? I'd love to be able to go on Shovio and video in with my Evo. I know the iPhone had an app like that but was taken off. Anyone kno?

There is an app called droidcam and it uses your phones camera as a webcam but you still have to be on a computer in order to use it with yahoo or msn.

That's pretty awesome... I just downloaded it and it works better than the webcam I usually use. Thanks! ... But I'm trying to find out if there's a way for the phones web browser to recognize the camera or camera's on the phone on websites like Shovio.com or chatroulette.com.
