Best app for a shared task list?

I'm wanting an app for my tablet that I can create a task list on that can also be pulled up (although a widget would be great) on a PC so my wife and I can keep track. She doesn't have a smartphone (don't ask, doesn't want one). But something where she could pull it on PC. From what I've read, Google Tasks only lets you email the list, not keep an active one synced between you. Any suggestions?
