Please help: unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped

Hi, I have a Ployer Momo8 IPS tablet, and I keep getting error message: unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped , and now can't access Google Play. I was recommended to do factory reset, and after doing this I still have the same problem, but now have removed all the working apps from my tablet and can't get them back because I can't open Google Play.
Any advice is gratefully received.

Have you rooted or put a custom ROM on your device?

Once I make call .
Once I open Internet
Once I mske restart to my phone ..
I hate this message cause I see every day 15 time.
Give meeee solution . Plz
