Has anyone ever used the Atomik system developed by IBM, and implemented in the old Palm OS app MyKBD? This was a great system and I can still write fast on my old Palm TX with one finger, and was hoping this idea isn't lost to time. SWYPE would be so much better if it utilized this system.
Each swype, instead of using QWERTY which was designed to be slow to keep manual typewriters from locking up, is optimized for the most efficient strokes. And the honeycomb layout also maximizes the size of each cell for the screen.
Anyhow, I hope some developers out there take note of this. It is an AWESOME system.
