Problems running Launcher Pro

Just got an ATT Captivate. LP does not show in the Applications. I can find it on the Setup/Applications menu but, of course, can't run it. Is there something I'm missing? I'm not running any new "home" apps.

When installed the phone should bring up a menu when you click on the home button and ask for twlauncher or launcher pro! Just click on launcher pro on your phone to run it! The last version I had problems running it on my captivate because it would lock up!

Also LPP is not in the app drawer.

If you having issues getting LP to activate grap the app Home Switcher. I will allow you to change the default launcher that is being used. I think some vendors are intentionally disabling the flag that allows users to change launchers.
