jelly bean 4.1 on tablet does not start.

Hello everyone, I am a newbie here and I need help!!

I bought a tablet inno soul 3 from innovatek. it came with Android jelly bean 4.1.

2 days ago it reseted itself without me doing anything and now, I thought maybe i had left it too long uncharged but now, upon start up it shows jelly bean 4.1, the little man get filled with jellybeans but nothing happens past that... I have even tried the reset button no sucess... can someone help me please?
