Facebook and Instagram Problems

I have been having two major issues with both Facebook and Instagram apps, i have recently returned back to android with a Galaxy S4 from an iphone. Issue#1:On Facebook it will not let me post videos to my wall, it lets me select the video but when i try to post it it basically appears as just a regular status.Issue #2: On Instagram it does not allow me to flip back and forth between front and rear camera once i start recording an IG video, like if i use the front facing camera intially thats all it will let me do for the rest of the recording (also why is there not a brightness option in the app as was on the iphone?) If anyone could help me with any of these problems it would be great help.
