    I have an unlocked mytouch 4g and I have straight talk. My phone will only work on 2g. can someone help?

    Have you ever had 3g using this device on Straight Talk? If not, its probably because the device is not setup to work with the 3g frequencies provided by Straight Talk. If I recall, the mytouch4g is a T-Mobile device and the Straight Talk network you are using is probably pulling from AT&T. This will be the reason why you only get 2g (Edge) and not 3G.
