Application to clear notifications in notification bar? Icon on homescreen with one click clear ?

I get lots of notification in notification bar because I have toodledo reminders running through ultimate todo list app. There are 10 reminders every 2 hours I hate sliding down the bar and click the clear notifications button
Is there a dedicated app that gives a icon on the home screen which clears all notifications once I click on it?
