I often come across Access Points that allow me to connect but doesn't have any Internet access, either because it's a commercial (pay) access or the the AP for whatever reason isn't connected to the Internet - it seems to happen often in bars where the owner forget to pay the Internet bill.
A friend of mine explains that his Iphone automatically detects that the AP has no internet access and switches to mobile network/3G.
I can't believe Android doesn't have this functionality somehow, at least through an app. Anyone know? I have of course searched Google Play but all i find are manual switches. My Samsung Note 2 is able to detect no internet access and even ask me if I would like to forget the network - but I'm looking for a way to have this happen automatically.
