Hey, I was wondering if there's an app that allows you to text someone's cell-phone, like how you normally do, but without being connected to the mobile network, only wifi? I've fallen behind on my payments and I've had service cut off, though the phone itself still works.

I don't know of one that lets you use your carrier-issued number, unless you have Google Voice integration on Sprint. Google Voice is the main one that comes to my mind, but you will need a Google Voice number. Textfree is another service that will allow you to text via Wi-fi, but you will get a new number.
