Hangouts rollout? Seems like it's taking a very long time.

Does it seem like the rollout for Hangouts v 2.0 is taking too long? It's been over a week since it started, presumably, and I haven't seen it yet. I'm just wondering if other people are having the same experience or maybe something is wrong somewhere. I can't wait to switch away from the awful Motorola text messaging app.
