I'm in the Washington, D.C. area. The FM Radio app correctly identifies most of the stations it picks up in its scan, but not all. For example, it identifies 97.1, which is WASH, as KCMD, which as far as I can tell is the former name of an AM-only station in Oregon, and it identifies 98.7, a country station called WMZQ, as KCQK, the former name for an AM station in Arizona. Even though I edited the station listings, on the display at the top, when I'm tuned to one of these stations, it still displays the incorrect call signs.

Where is it getting this information? I don't think it can be from the stations themselves because I've never seen my car radio display these call signs when I'm tuned to these stations.
