Hey everybody,
I've been using Google Play Music All Access and am very satisfied with it except for one thing that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I want to remove my entire library--all the songs, whether they were uploaded with the music manager or added within All Access. As I understand it, I can either remove every one of my many thousands of songs one by one (never), or delete the whole library from the browser app on my computer.
Now I've done the latter, three times. Twice from the computer and once using chrome on my phone. Each time, the music did disappear, only to still be there when I opened the app on my phone. The library comes back when I log back in on the browser too.
It's been all day since I first tried, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app updates, restarted my device, selected the refresh function from within the app, searched high and low on the web for an answer, emailed Google, rated and gave feedback on the support article most closely related to my issue, pulled my hair out, etc.
Can anyone help me?
If I could just delete my library and start fresh, and enjoy the capability to remove content from the library whole artists or whole albums at a time, Google Play Music All Access would be the best music service app I've tried. But without these capabilities, I don't think I can justify the subscription; other apps let me manage my library and that's at least as valuable as other features.
Thank you!
