I am a new convert to Droid X from Blackberry. So far I am loving it. I do miss the Viigo app, though. What is the best similar RSS app for Android?

    Thanks in advance.

I use NewsRoom and Pulse, no idea what Viigo looks like or what it does but, in my opinion NewsRoom and Pulse are the best RSS apps for Android

i use greader, it has a widget that updates and you can specify the update intervals. it also syncs read/unread articles with google reader.

I was a long time Viigo user on BB as well. On android FeedR comes close to replacing it. It's a nice companion to Google Reader/

I also miss Viigo. I tried Newsrob, but currently i'm using Feedr. I wanted to be able to set a max number of articles per feed just like Viigo, and Feedr has that capability while Newsrob does not.

Viigo was bought by RIM and therefore only offers it for BBs. There never was an Android version.

Viigo was a great app, but to me Newsrob is easily the best RSS reader with the best features. Syncs beautifully with Google Reader

He typed "Vlingo" with an "L" not Viigo. Sometimes I mix them up too. LOL

I used to get vlingo and viigo confused all the time too. Thanks for the suggestions, so far I tried Feedr and I like it.

+1 on Feedr. This synchs nicely with Google. It's a nice app and well worth the few bucks.
