chomp is getting chomped

I've been trying chomp the last few days. I like many things about it, but...

1) all my messages mysteriously disappeared. 2) Some of the incoming messages are cut off even though they are not too long. I checked the stock app and I can see all the message. 3) it strangely just stopped displaying the other persons name and now just displays four digits of the number next to the message. The stock app shows the name just fine.

Bottom line...I highly recommend AGAINST chomp. Buyer beware of missing messages and other problems.

That's weird, I've had zero problems with chomp during a month and a half it's been installed on my phone

I have zero problems with chomp and actually bought it.
Instead of bashing the app have you contacted the developer to find out what the issue is? Do you have your default messaging app notifications disabled, etc?
