Why won't my my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini open the gallery?

my Samsung galaxy s3 mini wont let me open the gallery

When I try to open it it says try to delete things but I dont see how I can delete any more things and the gallery is irrelevant to the storage. I tried to change my background and it said the same thing so im stuck with a boring background...

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean it says to try to delete things? Can you tell us the exact error message you see when you try to open the Gallery app?

Also, how much free Internal Storage do you have left? Look in Settings>Storage​ to find out.

'No space. Try deleting or unpinning unnecessary items such as images, videos, apps and music' I didn't get the exact message bit it was something along those lines. I have 141 free(the phone says)
