Moto G :Google launcher settings not opening properly. Gives a black screen.

Google now launcher in my Moto G 2nd gen is giving some problems. When I try open google now settings, black screen comes up and then it will display settings after 10-15 seconds. I think launcher has got corrupted. Is there any way to reinstall google launcher?. I cannot uninstall it as my phone shows no uninstall option for google now launcher..

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Now Launcher, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. This will reset all of your homescreens to default, so you'll have to set them up again.
