App of the day?

So Apple has "App of the Day" which shows you a paid app of the day that has gone "free."

Is there an Android equivalent that would notify me when a paid app becomes free?

Nope, there's no dedicated site for that, unfortunately.

However, you do have Amazon's Free Android App of the Day, which gives you at least one paid app for free every day (this weekend they're actually giving away a bunch of apps... most of them are crappy, but there are a few useful ones).

Also, Android Central has been running a daily Deals post, where you can find apps that have been discounted or gone free.
