Apparently, since it was reported that Dolphin HD was patched to fix some cryptic UI bug in Gingerbread (It's right here if you missed it) they've been hit with a bunch of questions and doubts about their claim.

Not much there to go on, just posting this here as a follow up to the news article. I'm glad that Google doesn't play favorites and let some devs have the SDK before others, but I'm also sad that application developers don't all already have it
