Google Musics flaws

I find music that I uploaded to the Google Cloud disappearing from my playlists. It has happened on several playlists. Also, I find when listening to a playlist and playing the playlist on shuffle mode, so songs will play 2-3 times in a 20 song rotation before another 50 songs are played. The latter happens on any music player app and had been an issue since I started using Android over 4 years ago. I would assume this would be OS related. And no one has access to my account but me and I do not have duplicate songs in my playlists. Does anyone else experience these issues?

I am considering ending my All Access subscription and moving to an alternate service due to these issues. Any suggestions?
