Lenovo S850 Keyboard stopped

Dear all. I have a Lenovo S850 (Android). The screen is locked and tap on it to enter my password and proceed. However, the screen is as usual except the keyboard. I tap on the field to enter password and expect to see the keyboard. However, the keyboard does not appear and see the message: Unfortunately the Google Keyboard Application has stopped". I cannot unlock the device. I tried to restart a few times, nothing. Any ideas / suggestions? THANK YOU!!

Welcome to Android Central! See if you can boot into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition. From this silent video, I think the procedure is as follows:

1. Power off.
2. Press and hold Power and Volume Up at the same time until you see the "No Command" screen, then release the buttons.
3. Now Press and hold Power again, and while holding it, tap Volume Up. Hopefully, this brings you to the Recovery Menu.
4. Use the Volume buttons to scroll to Wipe Cache Partition, and press Power to execute.
5. When done, select Reboot System Now.
