Why am I getting an Helium backup app desktop error 2503?

Helium Backup App Desktop Encountering Error 2503

When I downloaded and ran the .msi installer for helium backup for windows, it popped up with two errors, both saying the same thing. They both said I had encountered error 2503 and it might be a problem with the package. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Contact helium@clockworkmod.com and talk to them. They made the package, we didn't.

Or you might want to read through Internal Error 2503/2502 - Microsoft Community There seem to be a few methods, some of which work in certain cases, others work in other cases. Then if nothing works, contact Helium.
