I have a Logitech USB webcam and a laptop running Windows XP SP3. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and a Tab Pro 8.4 tablet. I would like to be able to view my webcam when I am away from home. To this end I am using the "cammy" app which works as advertised.

The only problem is that the only time Cammy will upload anything is when the cam detects motion, I would like to be able to upload at least a still picture on demand, but Cammy won't do this unless it is an IP Camera on the same wifi network.

There are several apps in the playstore that claim to do what I want but they all have very bad reviews.

I would just suggest getting a webcam already setup to be logged into with it's own website interface. That way you can view the webcam from your web browser of choice.

It is not a website they are products with features you need to buy.

    Example:

    http://www.amazon.com/TENVIS-JPT3815...cUvbUpU4182689
