How do I get my play store app to work again on my LG L80 phone?

my play store has stopped working everytime i want to download an app or update an app it shows "error while retrieving information from server(RPC:S-7:AEC-0)

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't help, try going to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back again.
