Hello,
Anyone else with this hassle? The Foxit reader is way better than Adobe's sluggish & feature-poor offering. However, the Foxit app insists on controlling display brightness (and thus battery life), overriding my default device settings. Yes, you can turn off its "automatic" brightness, but you have to do that every time the app launches.
Their online support has not been helpful and AFAIK there is no way to tell the app "stop messing with my display settings." Have you found a way to make this app behave?
Thanks for your help.
