Anyone know how the Blockbuster app works? Regarding downloading.

It's on the Evo now, so I was just wondering how the purchase and rent features work.
If you purchase it, does it download straight to your phone and you can watch it anytime without having to open the blockbuster app? Or does it stream? And the rent feature....can you rent it, and download it to the phone and then watch it anytime with or without service?

I will be on a train on Friday and I'm 100% positive I will be without service for half of the time. So I won't be able to stream any movies. The only hope I have is downloading the movie straight to the device beforehand and watching it after it's been downloaded. There is no wifi on this train either. Thanks for the help
