I workout and wanted a better calorie count with steps and distance along with heart rate check. Where do I find this app. and the apps that are in the Android wear the start run and start workout app you can't click on them or when you press stop watch it does not open. What is up with these functions.

I workout and wanted a better calorie count with steps and distance along with heart rate check. Where do I find this app. and the apps that are in the Android wear the start run and start workout app you can't click on them or when you press stop watch it does not open. What is up with these functions.

You can see your heart rate by double tapping on the screen to bring up Google Now and give the command "show me my heart rate". Alternatively, you can open menu > heart rate monitor.
