Why doesn't 1Weather widget work on my phone?

The 1Weather widget works on my tablet but not on my phone. I rebooted my phone as suggested in the FAQ.

What's wrong?

The 1Weather widget doesn't show up on my phone even though the app is installed. I'm using another widget since 1Weather widget is missing. The FAQ said reboot phone if it's missing but reboot doesn't make it appear.

The 1Weather widget shows up on my tablet along with the other widget.

Yes on Moto X with AT&T.

Nexus 7 now has Lollipop but it was running KitKat when I installed 1Weather, so the widget doesn't require Lollipop.

Have you tried uninstalling 1weather and downloading it back again? You can do that from the settings or from the Play Store.
