Unable to download any apps from market

Hi Gurus,

I just bought an android tablet pc from china (Infortm X220), OS android 2.1. Unable to download any apps from market, keep having server error message, please help!

It may not be Market compatible. A lot of these unofficial tablets were never approved to have Market access and the Google servers block them from accessing it.

Bigslam may be correct, but try the following
Settings>applications> manage applications> market
Clear cache and uninstall updates
Then try the market again
