    Very annoying to receive such notifications for what's app or twitter while reading or watching videos!!! Soo annoying....

    Hello, you can normally disable notification from whithin most applications. You have to look for a settings letting you disable notifications.
    Some app do not play ball, in that case you can go to the application manager, click on you application and allow/disallow notification here.
