I use EnPass. Cross platform, encrypted and allows backup to your PC via WiFi.

LastPass Password Manager seems like a very good option. App is free to use for 14 days but then an annual subscription of $12 is required to continue using it. I think the functionality is quite good for its purpose. You only have to remember one master password and LastPass will generate strong passwords and remember them for you when you login into sites and apps. I suggest going with the free trial to see if it fits your needs.

There’re many similar apps in GP. It will be your choice - what are you prefer? But I would like to ask you –what you will do if you forgot or lost master password providing access to your password database?
