My Viber stopped working mid phone call and when I was about to call back the Viber app was gone and I was asked to install Viber. Installing Viber doesn't seem to be the issue; my account seems to be active although not accessible to me; I can receive Viber messages, a preview appears on my locked screen, but when I try to open them I can't open Viber. I have tried to register my phone number as a new account but it isn't accepted, probably because my account and number are somehow still active, yet not accessible to me. I was at one point asked to phone a number for a code but when calling I didn't get a code and was asked to contact Viber support. I did but a week later no answer. Any advice? :-)
