Anyone use Super Caller ID?

I'm on Sprint using an LG Optimus. I paid for an app called "Super Caller ID". However, I haven't had any luck getting it to identify calls. I didn't expect it to ID cellular phone calls but I did expect results from landlines. I've even tested it from my works landline, my mothers landline, and have received calls from landlines and the only thing it ever shows is a popup box on the bottom of the screen saying "Call from North America". I'm thinking no sh!t sherlock. Am I missing something here?

Reviews for the app on Android market are overwhelmingly positive. Anyone else having the same issues that I am?
