    Hi, I have an S5 that has stopped downloading applications. I have two different apps I am trying to install, Uber, and a Safenet soft token app. I am downloading through the play store. I have checked for android updates, and it says it's current, Android 5.0. I am connecting wirelessly. In the case of both apps, the install starts, shos the mermissions page, accepts my agreement, and then goes into a wait state, where the progress bar never advances.

    Any ideas?

    Welcome to AC.

    Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Google Play Store, and select Clear Cache. Then Power Off and Restart the phone, and try again.
