    I keep getting an error message that unfortunately my music has stopped. Sometimes this happens when I first open the app to play music and other times I get it after a couple of songs....or both.
    I've reset back to factory settings 3 times now, replaced the sim, replaced the sd card (which is where my music is stored) and taken everything apart several times.
    It seems to have started after the latest update occurred. I'm running android 5.0.
    The phone is only 4 months old. Can I either roll back the update to the previous version or any suggestions on fixing the music without having to send it away to Samsung.
